Earn enough points to get prizes! This is casual / league play - it is not a sanctioned tournament and will not earn you any ratings points. For more information on league play - please refer to the Pokemon-TCG web-site.
Entry fee: Free!!!
Prizes: Based on your point totals - the more you play, the more you get. For example at 110 points you earn a special 2-card booster pack. You don't have to get all 110 points on the same day - come back each week and keep adding to your point total.

If you're not sure how to draft, come in early or on another day and we'll be happy to explain it to you. In a nutshell - you get 3 booster packs, open your pack, pick a card, and pass it to the person next to you. You continue picking and passing until you have 45 cards which you keep. You build a minimum 40 card deck from the cards you selected - the store provides the basic lands (please remember to return them at the end of the night). Then we play a small tournament to determine the winner.
These are DCI sanctioned events. Straight swiss - no cut.
World of Warcraft - Constructed
This is a Battlegrounds Hobby League event.
Entry Fee: $5
Prizes: Extended art prize cards for the top 4 and booster packs for top 2 (if we have 8 or less people) or top 4 (if we have 9 or more).
Format: Constructed deck
There are only a few rules you need to follow when building your deck:
Your deck must include at least 60 cards, not counting your starting hero. Your hero starts the game in play, and it isn’t considered a part of your deck.
You can’t include more than four copies of a single card in your deck unless that card has “unlimited” in its type line. You may include any number of unlimited cards in your deck. Some ability cards can only be used by a hero who has a certain talent spec. Those cards will have “[Talent Spec] Hero Required” in bold in their text box. For additional rules - refer to the Upper Deck Web Site.
Pokemon League Play
We have an official Pokemon League - come join us for some Pokemon fun.
This month we are using the unlimited format - meaning you can use cards from any Pokemon set. Bring your own 60 card deck containing any amount of basic energy cards and up to 4 copies each of any other card from any set. (We have pre-constructed decks for sale in the store if you don't have a deck.) Play different opponents and earn points - 10 points per game with 10 bonus points if you win.
League play on Sunday from approximately Noon till 3:00pm. League play is casual - you can arrive late, get in a few games and leave early if needed. Most players tend to show up around 1pm. Due to other events starting on Sunday afternoon around 4pm, we ask players to make room if needed (i.e., if you are still playing when the other event is supposed to start - please allow the other game to begin).

Theme Decks and Raid decks are definetely the way to go so bring on that Stalling/Control//Healer because Rida's Paladin could use some help.
