MONSTER SPRING SALE!!!

The Granville store is moving (some time), and the Renfrew store is overstocked - so we're having a sale and a silent auction on some of our open board games.

Friday Night Magic - Renfrew St.

Format: Booster Draft (for the month of May - triple Rise of the Eldrazi)

Entry: $15.00 - or $5 if you have your own packs.  $5 of entry fees go into the prize pool.

• 1st place: Foil prize card, 50% of prize pool
• 2nd place: Foil prize card, 30% of prize pool
• 3rd and 4th place: 10% each of the prize pool
  
• 2 randmon door prizes of foil prize cards

These are DCI sanctioned events.  Straight swiss - no cut.

Friday Night Magic - Granville St.

Format: Booster Draft

Draft price of $15.00. ($5 if you bring your own packs.)  We put $5 of store credit into the prize pool for each person in the draft.

• 1st place: Foil prize card, 50% of prize pool
• 2nd place: Foil prize  card, 30% of prize pool
• 3rd and 4th place: 10% each of the prize pool
  
• 2 randmon door prizes of foil prize cards

NOTE: If we have 14 or more people in the draft, we will split into 2 pods.  Wizards Event Reporter will be used to determine final standings after the swiss rounds.

If you're not sure how to draft, come in early or on another day and we'll be happy to explain it to you.  In a nutshell - you get 3 booster packs, open your pack, pick a card, and pass it to the person next to you.  You continue picking and passing until you have 45 cards which you keep.  You build a minimum 40 card deck from the cards you selected - the store provides the basic lands (please remember to return them at the end of the night).  Then we play a small tournament to determine the winner.
