40k Game Day a huge success!
On september 6th 2008 the Connection Games hosted it's first ever monthly Game Day. Celebrating the release of the famed Black Reach starter box and running demo events all day long, it was a day to be remembered. After running full 1000pt demo games all day and getting everyone used to the new rules we even had a Forgeworld Hierophant for everyone to fight against in a final mega-battle!!
The Connection Games would like to thank a few people that, without their help, the event would not have been able to happen.
James Rosso brought his fantastic tyranide army and ran the mega-battl!
James Morrison ran demo's all day and brought a beautiful sisters of battle army and a chaos army!
Neil pinkerton also ran demo's all day and brought his huge blood angels army and a cool tyranide foce!
Cory Laycock, our resident Grey Knight, ran painting demo's and brought a built black reach box for people to try out!
Everyone who came out, tried the game and helped make our first Game Day a huge success!
