News

• Fantasy Flight Games has announced a price increase - effective Nov 1 2008.  The price increases affect most of their titles, and the prices will be going up between 7% and 25% or more depending on the title. We will continue to sell at the old prices while our supplies last, but as stock runs out, we will be adjusting the prices accordingly.  So, if you were waiting to pick up a Fantasy Flight Game, or thinking of one for a Christmas present - October is the month to pick it up.
• Games Workshop, on the other hand, has announced an across the board price decrease for Canadian retailers to reflect the relative strength of the Canadian dollar and their new internal organization.  New prices will be in-line with the US prices.  We will be adjusting our prices even on the items we purchased before the decrease.
• We are no
  longer running the Chaotic TCG events on Sunday afternoons due to lack
  of attendance.  If you have an idea for something you'd like to see us
  run on Sundays at the Granville store, please drop us an e-mail. 
• Due to the
  WoW Realm Qualifiers and WoW Sneak peak in October, there will only be
  1 WoW event at Granville in October - the Marquee on Oct 18th.  Regular
  weekly WoW will resume in November.
• Magic Game Day at Victoria Dr has been moved to Oct 11th - no longer on the 25th as previously advertised.
