Magic the Gathering - Conflux Pre-release (in-store)

Main Event: Each player will receive 3 packs of Shards and 3 packs of Conflux from which to build a minimum 40 card deck.  Lands will be provided.  Seating is limited - registering ahead of time is recommended (call or come into the store).  We will play 5 rounds - straight swiss with no cut. (Don't worry if you don't know what this means - this event is designed to be fun and friendly for new players.  It really only means that you will play 5 matches and if you lose you're not out, you keep playing.)  Note: if turnout is low, we may run fewer rounds.

Entry Fee: $29

Prizes: 2 packs per person will be put into the prize pool (per official rules from WOTC), plus foil pre-release participation card while supplies last.  All players with a 3-1-1 record or better will receive prizes (exact split will be determined based on the final standings).

Open Dueling will be going on all day while we have pre-constructed decks in stock. If you're not interested in playing in the sealed event or if you drop, you can open duel.  $15 buys you a Conflux pre-constructed deck and gets you a pre-release foil and another booster of Conflux (while supplies last) once you complete 5 matches.
