Magic the Gathering - Scars of Mirrodin Pre-Release
Registration will open at 11am, and packs will be handed out at 11:45am. Registration closes at Noon.
Format: Sealed - 6 packs
Price: $32.50*
Each player will be given 6 packs of the new set from which to build a minimum 40 card deck (the store will provide the lands). Players will play in a swiss tournament - you keep playing whether you win or lose. The number of rounds will depend on the numberplayers in the event:
- 8 - 3 rounds
- 9-16 - 4 rounds
- 17-32 - 5 rounds
- 33+ - 6 rounds
Prizes**: Prizes will be based on your record - all players with a winning record will win at least 1 pack. I.e., in a 5 round tournament - 3-2 will get you at least 1 pack. Additional door prizes will be handed out during the event.
